Overview:

We are a privately owned practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. As a licensed Dentist, your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive dental care, diagnosing, and treating dental conditions, developing treatment plans and promoting oral health. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable dental practice and make a positive impact on the lives of patients.

We are pursuing an individual with advanced clinical knowledge capable of providing the highest standard of dental care. We offer a highly experienced dental team as well as state-of-the-art dental equipment including CBCT and (2) Cerec Prime mill's for same day crown conversions.

COMPETITVE COMPENSATION AT MARKET RATES

PERCENTAGE OF TOTAL COLLECTABLE PRODUCTION

POSSIBLE SIGN ON BONUS TO BE NEGOITIATED WITH THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Duties:

  • Diagnose and treat oral health concerns using advanced dental techniques.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the patient’s needs, while educating patients on various treatment options, ensuring informed resolutions to their specific dental care needs.
  • Provide patient-centered care, while addressing oral health concerns, while building long-lasting relationships with patients and creating a comfortable and safe environment.
  • Work jointly with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure effortless daily operations, while providing clinical guidance on treatment plans, and following office protocols.
  • Adhere to established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures. Implement and follow specialty referral guidelines when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
  • Knowledge of dental coding and ability to accurately document procedures for billing purposes
  • Familiarity with Cerec Prime mill technology for creating same day dental restorations.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
  • Excellent patient assessment skills, including the ability to interpret diagnostic tests and X-rays.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Ability to take accurate vital signs.
